In entry and detainer cases, the party requesting relief must appear in court with a verified lockout complaint (for example form JD-HM-24). However, an order to show cause must also be provided to the clerk. While JD-HM-24 is on the State of Connecticut's Judicial Department web site, the order to show cause form is not (JD-HM-23).
